Are you passionate about early years education and looking for your next leadership challenge? Join us at The Potterhanworth Cof E Primary School as our new Preschool Manager (19 1/2 hours).

About the role:

• You will lead our warm, nurturing and purpose-built preschool setting, ensuring every child receives the best start of their education.
• This position has one day for office time and the rest of the hours supporting ratios within the setting, giving the post-holder the opportunity to balance strategic management with hands-on involvement.
• You will manage a supportive team and maintain strong links with the school, working closely with staff, parents and the wider community.

What We are Looking For:
• A qualified early years professional (minimum Level 3). With experience in a leadership or management role.

• Someone who has a very positive ‘can do’ approach
