Job Introduction
Butterwick Pinchbeck Endowed Primary School are seeking a resilient, adaptable teacher to lead and shape one of our two new SEND Hubs. This rewarding role goes beyond standard teaching; it is an opportunity to build a transformative provision where pupils with additional needs feel valued and flourish academically, while remaining vital members of our village school community.
The SEND Hub will provide targeted, specialised support for a small number of pupils whose needs cannot currently be fully met through mainstream provision alone ensuring ‘Better Belonging’. Working closely with our SENDCo, families, and two TAs, you will use consistent, relationship-driven approaches to overcome learning barriers and champion true classroom inclusion.

• has proven SEND experience across mainstream or specialist education environments
• has a deep understanding of the unique rewards and complex challenges of SEND support
• is skilled at establishing calm, structured, and nurturing environments that foster holistic growth
• has a firm commitment to inclusive education, ensuring every child achieves a sense of belonging
• has expertise in cultivating strong, trusting partnerships with pupils, families, and caregivers

• maintains high aspirations for every pupil's academic, social, and emotional success
• adapts seamlessly between cooperative teamwork and confident leadership of targeted provision
• champions relational practice, consistent structures, and trauma-informed nurture
• brings positive energy and an excellent sense of humour to the team
