An opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to join our happy and ambitious team.

We are a heavily over subscribed school, serving the heart of the South Holland Community with highly motivated staff and children.

Job Description
To provide an on site service including security of the premises and its contents, heating and lighting of the premises, porterage and minor maintenance repairs. To ensure that the premises are cleaned and that the Headteacher is fully informed on all matters relating to the premises. Carry out safety and compliance checks, ensuring adequate records are maintained and that the academy is compliant with all Health and Safety and statutory requirements.

The role is 37 hours per week, 52 weeks of the year.

Working pattern is:

6:30am to 10am, then 2.00pm to 6.00pm, Monday to Thursday

6:30am to 10am, then 2:30pm to 6pm, Friday

Essential Criteria
Applicants are required to hold Grade 4 or equivalent in Maths and English
