Athena School is looking to employ a Teacher, we will consider applicants trained within Key Stages 1-4. A sound knowledge of the core subjects is required.

Athena School Teacher Salary: Teacher Main Pay Scale Plus SEN allowances
Contract Type: Fixed term contract for 1 year commencing 1st September 2026- 31st August 2027

Athena school is a Nurture SEMH (social, emotional and mental health) school which is in federation with Fortuna Primary School. The two schools work together to provide quality provision through a shared nurturing ethos for all pupils. If you wish to join our school which is pioneering in its approach to providing care, support and education for pupils with SEMH then we would really like to hear from you!


We are looking for a teacher to join the school. We are looking for creative, empathic, passionate and dedicated teachers to join our committed staff team. Experience of working with children who display extremely challenging behaviour would be an advantage.
